Enrollment Information

School begins Thursday, August 19.
Due to fiscal challenges, enrollment packets were mailed. If you missed enrollment, please stop by the Elementary, Middle or High School office from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. (Monday, August 16 from 8:00 a.m. to noon, staff will not be available.) All forms are listed below and will be available in the school offices for completion.
Jefferson West Middle School, 5th and 6th Grade Orientation, August 12th @ 7 p.m.
