Is Reno, Nevada more west than L.A., California?

Books that I read over Christmas were-

Lost in Shangrila

Dean Martin

Fighting Bastards

Battle for Khe Sahn

The Frozen Chozen

I got out of the Marine Corps 40 years ago this month (January) 1972

My Marine Detachment has a reunion in Washington D.C. this May. I would love to attend but won't be able to due to teaching and coaching responsibilities. I have not seen these old buddies for over 40 years.

I was the orderly for Admiral Haynes. He was one of the last commanding officers of the USS Providence. I did drive for the the only Admiral that died in the Vietnam War.

I am looking forward to golf this spring. It should be an exciting year. Ryan Debus is the only returning golfer from last years Regional team, but it will be fun to see new people step in and step up and play varsity.
