Meet Mrs. Kilgore

Rena Kilgore graduated from Columbus Unified High School, Columbus, KS, in 1978. She received an Associates in Applied Science in Respiratory Therapy from Labette Community College in Parsons. In 1999, she received a BSEd in Biology with a minor in Physical Science at Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, KS. She is currently seeking a Master’s degree in Biology at Emporia State University, Emporia, KS. Rena has been teaching Biology at Jefferson West High School since the fall of 1999. Rena is married to Jeff Kilgore, JWHS English teacher, and has two daughters, Keli and Laura. Home is a small farm overlooking Lake Perry.
