Physical Science
Physical science students will start in to explore the aspects of Physics during the fall semester. They will start with a review of the scientific method, interrelationships between sciences and the technology associated with new scientific discoveries.
MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY
Students in medical terminology will learn the basic prefixes an suffixes used in medically related fields. They will also study the human systems and the medical terms associated with each of these. In addition, they will become familiar with the disease and disorders found with these systems.
ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY
Anatomy students will start the year learning about the orientation of the human body as well as the interaction between the various human systems. As the school year progresses, students will study the various systems in depth. Class will include anatomical dissections as well as slide viewing and other various other class activities to make the material more relevant to the student.
