Meriden, KS- Parents, students and community members are invited to the 2nd Annual Jeff West Back to School Bash! This year’s event will be held at the football stadium from 5:30 PM to 8 PM on Tuesday, August 15th. Free hamburgers, hotdogs, and ice cream with all the fixings served by “The Scoop Troop”!
This event is a free community event sponsored by USD 340, The Jefferson West Educational Foundation and The Jeff West Booster Club.
The Jeff West Booster Club will be accepting donations of movie theater candy or pop/Gatorade for the upcoming Fall School Carnival this September. These items can be 2-liter bottles, 20 oz bottles or cans. Juice boxes and Kool-Aid pouches are also acceptable. All sizes appreciated! Donations can be dropped off at the Apparel Shack.
The Jeff West Education Foundation will be holding a 50/50 raffle as well.
We also invite any community organizations that support students and families to join us by setting up a booth. If you would like to provide information about your community organization, please contact the district office at 785-484-3444. The final date to register for a table is Friday, August 11th. We ask that community partners only provide information and not sell any items or accept donations at this time.
