Inclement Weather: Please be watching for school closing announcements. Every attempt will be made to notify the public by 6:30 A.M. if school is to be closed or opening delayed in the morning. Only on very rare occasions will school close early. When school is to be closed or delayed, the following radio and TV stations will be notified: Radio, WIBW-AM (580), WIBW-FM (94.5), KMAJ-AM (1440), KMAJ-FM (107.7). Television stations: Channel 13, 27, and 49. In order to receive Skylert messages from the school, please make sure that the office has your current contact information. We will send out a text message and phone call if school is delayed or closed. Thank you for your cooperation.
Note from Mr. Sturgeon: We would like to extend a large thank you to those that donated to the school to help pay off lunch balances. Effective January 4, 2024 all negative lunch balances were back at a $0 balance. We appreciate the community support more than you could imagine!
Note from Mrs. Bevitt: The ES is currently in need of empty cereal boxes for Valentine’s Day. (Family size or larger) We have each student make a card box for their parties. Please bring by your donations to the ES office, or send them to school with your child. We thank you for your continued help!
Please be vigilant about dressing your child in coats, gloves, and hats.
We have outdoor recess if the temperature is above a 15° wind chill. Thank you!!
