Kindergarten Grandparent’s Day: Will take place on Tuesday, March 26th. We invite all Kindergarten grandparents and grand-friends to visit their grandchildren at the elementary school at 1:30 P.M. You may start signing in at 1:15. We will not be able to dismiss your grandchild with you unless we have been given permission (per the slip coming home next week). We do ask that you only take the kindergartener, as the other grandchildren will get their special time on another date. We ask that you come back and join us at 7:00 P.M. for a wonderful concert that they have prepared to put on for you. If you are not able to make it, follow us on Facebook at “Jefferson West Elementary” and click on the live stream.

Country Store: 39 years. The Country Store has been going strong for 39 years thanks to all the volunteers and donations. The Kappa Kappa chapter of Beta Sigma Phi have been around for the last 10 years, and we would like to thank them for all their time and efforts poured into the store. Unfortunately for us, they are ready to step down. Meriden community, this is where we need your help. We are soon to be without leadership, which means the Country Store will have to close its doors. Please consider helping out the children of our community in keeping the Country Store going strong. Whether you're able to form a group, or already part of a group. Give us a call at 785-484-2455, if you're interested. Thank you!
