3rd Grade Grandparent’s Day: Grandparents/Grandfriends may arrive to the school at 1:15. We will have activities from 1:30 to 2:30. At that time, if the parent has signed a permission slip, you are dismissed with your grandchild. We also ask that it ONLY be the third grader, and no siblings, as it is their special day. Siblings will go home at their normal time and in their normal way. Grandparents may plan on picking up siblings on their special day. We appreciate your cooperation.

Open Gym: Join us for a morning of fun! The Open Gym will be Saturday December 13th in the ES gym from 8AM-10AM. This is open to any Jeff West student and their family.

Classroom Snacks: All treats brought to school for ANY party, need to be store bought and remain prepackaged. Please do not open the package to decorate. Thank you for keeping our students safe from allergens.

Christmas Food Drive: JWES is holding their Christmas food drive to benefit God’s Storehouse from December 8th to December 18th. Please bring nonperishable, unexpired food items to the elementary school office. Share what you can!

Winter Weather:  Cold weather is upon us! Please be sure to send your student in proper clothing for the cold weather. They WILL go outside for recess unless it is 15° or below outside with wind chill. In addition, please switch out the extra clothing if your child’s backpack to winter appropriate clothing.
