Kindergarten NO SCHOOL – Our kindergarten teachers are facilitating the screening of next year’s kindergarten students on Monday, April 13, 2026.  In effort to best facilitate this process we will not have school for Kindergarten students on Monday, April 13, 2026, as noted on the District Calendar.  Thank you for your understanding. Kindergarten will resume on Tuesday, April 13, 2026.

Kindergarten Round-Up – Please call the JWES office if your child is turning FIVE on or before August 31, 2026. Your name will then be placed on the list to receive information on how to sign up for an appointment. If you happen to know a 5-year-old, please be sure to pass this information along to their parents. Thank you for your help!

Kindergarten Grandparent’s Day – will be March 26th! Grandparents/Grandfriends may arrive to the school at 1:15. We will have activities from 1:30 to 2:30. At that time, if the parent has signed a permission slip, grandparents may leave with their grandchild. We also ask that it ONLY be the kindergartener, and no siblings, as it is their special day. Siblings will go home at their normal time and in their normal way. Grandparents may plan on picking up siblings on their special day. We appreciate your cooperation.

Yearbooks – It is that time, Tigers! Yearbook orders are due by Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Please visit inter-state.com/order, and use the code 0280PM to order yours!
