Parent Night: This will take place in the elementary school gym at 6:00 P.M. Doors will open at 5:30 P.M. to sign your children up for childcare. JAG Kids Ministry will provide the childcare for children 4 years or older out on the playground. You must first sign in your child at the tables located inside the building, where you and your child will receive a wristband. Please join us for an informative evening consisting of all things Tiger. The presentation will include how to help our students do their Tiger Best, and go over student/parent expectations.
Classroom Snacks: All treats brought to school for ANY party, need to be store bought and remain prepackaged. Please do not open the package to decorate. Thank you for keeping our students safe from allergens.
Note from the Nurses I: Please be vigilant about turning in your physicals and immunizations, if you have not already done so. September 22nd is the exclusion date, and we want to ensure all students remain in class. Thank you.
Note from the Nurses II: As students return to school, it’s common to see an increase in seasonal illness like colds, stomach bugs, and viruses. To keep everyone healthy, please remember: students must be fever-free, and free from vomiting and diarrhea for at least 24 hours without the use of medication before returning to school. This helps prevent the spread of illness and ensures your child is ready to fully participate in class.
JWES Handbook: Reminder, the handbook can be found on our website under the “About JWES” tab. If you need a printed copy of the handbook let the office know.
Lunchroom Volunteers: We’re looking for caring community members to volunteer in our school lunchroom! We need volunteers Mondays and Tuesdays from 11 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. If you have some time to share during the school day, we would love to have you join us. No special experience is needed—just a willingness to help and support our students! Please contact the school office for more information or to sign up. Thank you for supporting our school community.
