Reminder 3rd grade families. we will have the 3rd grade music program THIS Thursday, December 9th. It will be at the Middle School and doors will open at 6:40. There are no seating limits, everyone is welcome. Childcare is NOT provided. See below for more information and the link to Facebook for a live feed.
3rd Grade Program Info
WHEN The 3rd Grade Program will be on Thursday,
December 9, 2021, at 7:00 p.m.
WHERE Jeff West MIDDLE SCHOOL gym
PLEASE NOTE
Due to COVID we have the following changes:
Sit in family groups and practice social distancing on either side of the gym in the bleachers.
THERE WILL BE NO CHILDCARE OFFERED

Middle School Doors will open at 6:40 pm.
ALL students and guests: masks are optional
Students should visit the restroom and then head straight to their spot on the bleachers (look for your teachers).
Parents, please hold their coats, hats, etc. and take pictures BEFORE entering the gym. At the conclusion of the program, we will dismiss one class at a time
(OVER, PLEASE)
WEAR Attire for the concert is TOYS. (Each student has
an assigned part - that info was sent home with
students.)
***If you don’t know what your student’s costume will be,
please contact Mrs. Ramsey ASAP!!!***
In general: No masks covering the face, please.
(except Covid masks, if desired)
Face paint is fine!
No high-heeled shoes.
Students should be able to move freely
in their costumes.
Remember that it will be WARM
on the risers.
BRING Students need to bring a small teddy bear
(about 8 inches tall or less)
GRADE Students will receive a participation grade for the
program. Thank you for making this a priority on your
family calendar!
