Our very own JWHS Lakeside Singers have been selected to perform the National Anthem at a Kansas City Royals game! We will be performing the National Anthem on May 28th when the Royals take on the Cincinnati Reds at Kaufmann Stadium. This is very exciting news, but now we need YOUR help!
In order to get the green light from the Royals, we need to sell 200 tickets. Luckily, they have given us a discounted price. Tickets start at just $20! I have attached a link at the bottom of this message where you can purchase tickets for the game. Tickets should be ordered through this link in order to "count" towards our 200-ticket goal. Here's the kicker! We need to have the required 200 tickets sold by April 18th!

USD 340 Board of Education came together tonight to discuss one of their board goals - Student Success and Preparation. Administration, staff, teachers, members of site council and the district leadership team put their heads together and discussed strategies to address and better our student success and preparation with board members.
On behalf of the USD 340 BoE, we would like to thank you all for your time and commitment to bettering our students lives now and in the future.
