Bosses don’t just hand out tasks — they mentor, support, problem-solve, and often absorb the stress so their teams can thrive.

Boss’s Day, also known as National Boss’s Day, is an annual observance that provides an opportunity to appreciate and show gratitude to employers, supervisors, and bosses for their leadership, support, and guidance in the workplace. This day acknowledges the role of bosses in fostering a positive work environment and motivating their teams.

Happy Boss’s Day to the USD 340 leaders who inspire, support, and motivate every day. Thank you for leading our Tiger crew with heart, humor, and lots of school spirit and keeping our team roaring strong! 🐯🎉💛 Your guidance makes a difference!

Today we celebrate Columbus Day & Indigenous Peoples’ Day.

Columbus Day originated in the late 1800’s as a celebration of Italian-American heritage. It was made a national holiday in 1937 and moved to the 2nd Monday of October in 1971. Today, the holiday commemorates the anniversary of Christopher Columbus's landing in the Americas on October 12, 1492.

Indigenous Peoples' Day recognizes and honors the history, culture, and perseverance of Indigenous peoples in the Americas. This is a day to celebrate their ongoing resilience, vibrant cultures, and significant contributions to society.
