From Sports in Kansas... Jefferson West (3A) remains undefeated on the year, taking down Silver Lake 10-6 and 19-2 last night. On the night, the Tigers saw 4 home runs from 4 different players: Drew Beilman, Tucker Holthaus, Brady Skahan, and Corbin Mayer. In an extra inning showdown in game one, sophomore Corbin Mayer hit his homer and was followed later in the inning by a Tucker Holthaus grand slam that sealed the 10-6 win. Great job to the Varsity Tigers Golf Team, led by Gage Moser with an overall 2nd place finish, the Tigers won the Osage City Invitational! Also medaling for Jefferson West were Daniel Magathan, Jace Coleman and Conner Reich. CONGRATULATIONS!!
