Our remaining MarioKart Team (Ledger Brown, Abigail Downing, Caden Schuetz, Easton Haid, and Cade Arnold) will play Round 2 of their tournament tomorrow. Leroy Staniec (Freshman) had a stellar performance in his last match and advances to the Semifinals ranked #4 in the nation! David Bowen, AYCC Sponsor... Special Olympics Kansas 2023-2024.. Hosted by Jeff West AYCC.. Today was a good day, to have a good day! Thank you to the Jeff West MS and HS students that came out on a Saturday in the cold weather to support something they believe in. Thank you to the parents and other volunteers that played large roles filling in the gaps that were very much needed. Thank you Special Olympics Kansas for allowing us to host another great event. Lastly thank you to the Jefferson West High School AYCC students who played leadership roles all day long and modeled for many of our younger JW kids what it looks like to be a leader in the school and community. #HeedtheRoar
