Congrats to those FFA members competing in Horse Evaluation yesterday. The two B teams took first and second places out of 25 teams, having an exceptional showing yesterday. Individually, we had five individuals place in the top fifteen out of 100 competitors. In fifteenth was Cooper Pieschl and Logan Werner. Brody Thelen was eighth overall and Eric Molinar was seventh. Winning the competition was Ryleigh Zitek bringing home two steak dinners for her. Congratulations to all who competed yesterday, we are proud of your accomplishments.

Play Postponed! Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances we are moving the play production scheduled this weekend, Nov. 12 & 13. Performances are rescheduled for Dec. 10 @ 7:00 pm, and Dec. 11 @ 2:00 pm.

Cheer and Dance Showcase Competition at Washburn Rural.
On Saturday both the JW cheer team and the Weststeppers performed at the Washburn Rural Showcase to help them prepare for the state competition. Congratulations to both groups as they both scored 1's on their performances. Way to go Lady Tigers! #Westisbest

JW FFA on their way to the national convention made a couple stops to do some tours. The first stop was Churchill Downs followed by a tour of a poultry processing facility in Corydon, IN.
