We are excited to announce our new Mentorship Program for Jefferson West USD 340 called TeamMates Mentoring.
This program aims to match students with caring and responsible adult mentors from the community. Through a once a week meetings and interactions for just 30 min during school hours on campus, students will receive guidance, support, and encouragement to help them succeed in and out of the classroom. Mentors will provide a positive role model for students, helping to build self-confidence, improve social skills, and foster a love of learning. We believe that this program will make a significant difference in the lives of our students and we look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have for both our students and community. We welcome all interested community members to apply to become a mentor and join us in this important effort to support our students' success to create an opportunity for Mentees to reach their highest potentials.
