All donors will receive a free t-shirt as a thank you for their contribution.
Students must be 16 years or older to donate. Students who are exactly 16 must have a parent consent form signed prior to donating. Consent forms may be found in the office or in Mrs. Conley’s room. Students who are 15 and under may not donate. You must present a photo ID with your date of birth on the ID.
To participate in the blood drive, simply book an appointment at savealifenow.org/group, and enter Group Code: TPJA, or you may sign up for a time with Mrs. Conley at the High School. For additional details, please contact Michaela Conley at (785)484-3331 or michaela.conley@usd340.org.
